Can I start a sims theme hotel franchise?

Hey everyone my name is Owen...I have been a huge fan of the sims 4 and apart of the sims community for a long time now. And I was wondering if I could get some help from the sims team and make my dreams come true on making a sims hotel franchise. I am currently still putting together the business plan and would like to have some assistance due to my learning disabilities. I am currently in college and tend to graduate next year.
