@nrvous76 Please contact an Advisor and they can check if anything can be done:
1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly select in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
4. Select 'Contact Us' at the bottom right on the new page
5. Select your platform and then 'Next'
6. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

I will say right now this promotion is no longer available and the only way you can claim anything from the game now is by showing proof of not just the game box and disc but also the receipt for a game that I personally bought 5+ years ago I don't have that receipt and neither does whoever bought me it.

Another person got it just this weekend, pretty sure they did not have the receipt.

So sad now I lost both the installation disks and manual with the product code a few years back. Now I find out that the Ultimate Collections exists and all I need was the base game. *sigh*

I really want this! Sadly I can't find support on the Dutch website...
It woudln't bother me if I could get the game in English, but I just really want it...
I have all the expansion packs with the original discs and cases.
Can somebody help me?
