I can`t download it on the EA desktop app or on the Origin app. I just get an error each time I try. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both apps, but still get the error. Does anyone else have the same problem and perhaps have a solution?
@Nycterwing , at this time many older games are having issues running through the EA App. The only way to really play Sims Medieval is from Origin. What exactly happens when you try to launch the game from Origin and what version of Windows are you running?
Did you purchase the game through Origin or the EA App?
I'm having the same issue. I originally purchased through origin. Tried to download with the EA App and thought that was why it wasnt working, but it wont work with origin either. Cant download the game at all.
@crzykillerr1 trying to download Sims Medieval on Origin has been a problem for a while now. Have you contacted EA Help Support at all?
@Nycterwing , there should be a record of owning the game in your Origin profile/EA App profile. Have you tried to contact EA Help Support?
