Can't find product code
How do I install The Sims™ 25th Birthday Bundle? It doesn't appear in my EA app after i bought it and there is no product code in my confirmation email. HELP!

Go to your library and search for it manually, or go into the store search for it and it should come up. I had the same issue and they said they are aware. You just have to manually do a search after the purchase.
