Can't install the sims medieval through Origin

Hi @crinrict. I installed the game when it first came out, using the same email. The page on each said that if you installed the game through origin, then it would work with the expansion pack. I've uninstalled both games, and installed just the base game ,but not through origin. The base game works fine, but becomes unplayable when you install pirates and nobles
