Can't install the sims medieval through Origin

@crinrict I managed to get it to work!! I pressed repair on the base game, and then I was able to install the expansion with no problems. Thank you for all your help! 🙂

@kajsasofie I had to go through live chat, and an EA rep helped me. I spoke to 3 different reps before someone could help me. I explained the situation, and they installed the games onto my account using the codes I had. Once the games were installed, I right clicked on the base game, and the option repair is there. Then it let me install the expansion.
Because its on origin, it means that that I don't need to have the disk in my laptop to get it to play ☺
