Can't Launch Sims Medieval on Windows 11 with EA App

I have owned TSM for years, finally logged in with EA App after years of not playing and the game shows up in the EA app but not in Origin. I have done the following things to troubleshoot my start, ...

Similar to your case, the game shows up in EA App but not in Origin for me. And I get an error when I try to download it.

I was finally able to download but now having the same issue with yours.

Please find the game executable and disable all compatibility options. If you have clicked at the compatibility option run as administrator the game will not run.
