It just isnt starting for me. I've tried doing all of the quest requirements anyway but it physically wont let me walk on the coals.I am completely stuck and see no way to progress.There aren't any cheats to force progress either.Anyone here know whats going on?

@KatastrophicSim , I checked a Walkthrough guide of the game that I saw online when searching to find your solution and apparently it will not let you walk on the coals the first time you try to. You can Google search for Sims Castaways chapter 19.

@Tremayne4260 Well it also won't let me the second time, the third time, the fourth time, the fith time.. ect.My problem is that there are literally no promts at all. It didn't start. Nothings telling me to do anthing.

@KatastrophicSim , do you have a save prior to starting Chapter 19? If so, trying going back to that and playing forward again. Have you tried to Limbo at the limbo place? Just trying to see if you can do any of the other activities.

@Tremayne4260 I don't think I have another save? If I did I wouldnt know where to find it. And yeah, the limbo and the volcano juice thing works. Doesn't say anything when I do them though.

@KatastrophicSim , did you try to kiss your date?

@KatastrophicSim , I watched a Let's Play for Chapter 18 and Jessica had to keep chasing down and keep making friends with their "beloved" to pass the first kiss. So I think it might be the same thing. Keep trying to fire walk until it passes you? I know that doesn't sound like very good advice, but I was trying to find out how people got past and finished the chapter.

@Tremayne4260 Yeah, I've been doing the same things. My game literally just doesn't look like any of theirs. I'ts not that my sim can't pass the coals, is that she physically cannot do them. When I click the action, it goes into the action bar and disappears.

I think the only way my problem is going to be solved is if someone gives me a hidden cheat to complete a chapter, or set a point in the story, or something. Maybe wipe a sims memory since he thinks we've already kissed? (Cause theres no first kiss option, just all the kisses). Maybe there's a way to go into the game files and change a value to trick the game into keeping going? Like: (is this chapter complete y/n)?
