Compatibility Issue with Sims Medieval on my Mac

Update patch please follow this;

1. download patch from http://www.atomicgamer.com/files/93475/the-sims-medieval-patch-2-0-114-mac-digital

2. Used patch file to patch game

3. If you have can't install if please check your "security and privacy" tap "general" and change your confige "Allow apps downloaded from" to "Anywhere" after that you can patch it.
