Contacting Live Chat

Hello. I've heard that you can upgrade your Sims 2 disc to the Ultimate one. And that I should contact support. But in my country Live Chat is not working. (Russia) So what should I do?

    I've finally reached the Live Chat and it was succesfull. Problem solved. Thank you for everything

    Cache cleared. Tried two times in a row. Even with proxy. Still nothing

    The phone call was successfull but they say that they have no codes to add this game.

    Hello this is unrelated to this topic. But who do I contact Bob this battlefield 1 game messing up my monitor with this flickering issue. I paused the game for 10 min to go do something when I came back the menu screen was permanently burned into my screen.
