If memory serves me correct, your Sims, when they have low social needs and have the Tragic Clown painting in their house, the Tragic Clown would come out of the painting and would try to cheer up/make your Sims more miserable. I'm sorry if this is wrong; I haven't played The Sims in 10 years. :confounded:
