Custom headgear won't show up? The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection

I've recently installed several .packages for The Sims 2. Some Pokemon stuff and a Morgana costume for toddlers. But I can't get ANY of the hats to show up. What's with that? I had a bunch of Fire Em...

@Glitchgoat91 Although I'm not familiar with that CC, is it possible that it shows up under Custom Hair, or in some other category such as Glasses, Jewellery, etc.?
