Disk to Digital Download

I have disk copy of The Sims 2 Double Deluxe but the game disk is broken so i cant read from it. But i still have the Serial number. Is there some way to get digital copy with the Serial number?

    @jirkapashi! Sure. Just write in support. For example, this can be done with help of a chat. When I addressed in support they asked serial number. I wish you good luck =)

    @Jaikeu I already founded that on a different forums and it worked I just heaved to send them a picture of my game disk and the serial number. But thanks for replying.
