It's been so much fun and I love that there's still more to come. Even beyond what's been announced to be coming there's signs of even more yet to come like I just love the hours of joy that this game is bringing and will bring even more of. And it's still fun to play even with everything unlocked there's still decorating and stuff to entertain myself with.
The one thing I have learned and I want to mention this especially for switch users because I had to dig a lot for this info. Do NOT time travel. My online connectivity problems were because my switch clock was not synced to the internet and it was blocking my online access.
The potentially bigger problem is syncing your clock back will break your game temporarily. It will (or should anyway) resolve when the game clock catches back up to where it left off when you synced. For example my switch was 24 hours ahead when I synced back I had to wait 24 hours for my game to fully function again because of how it's reading off of the real time aspect. 24 hours wasn't super terrible. I worked around what I could and just waited out the rest. I'd hate it if this happened at some point when I was like 2 weeks out I think I'd have just given up and restarted. It seems to happen on any platform if you play with the time but I see A LOT of switch users complaining about these issues I think it's so natural for a lot of us to time travel. - ChadSims23 years agoSeasoned RookieI expect whatever hype this game has to die fast Disney does not put out quality anymore.

Love that transparency!
If only all game companies did that. (But, maybe their community isn't quite as quick to pull out the pitchforks over every little thing.) - https://twitter.com/DisneyDLV/status/1575153373644472320?t=XORagfNTRM0KwroDEB3kQQ&s=19
- Two YouTubers I watch play this game and they are addicted to it and it looked so cute that I had to buy and now I’m addicted too! Stayed up way too late tonight. Still figuring out how to play a little but I’m catching on. I’m playing on a pc so it’s a bit different. Is it easier with a mouse?
- Kendrana3 years agoSeasoned AceTwo questions for those who have already played the game.
Can you start a new game and character if by chance you finish all of the content and want to start over? Just wondering if it's like most games where you can have multiple saves and characters or if it's limited to one for some reason.
From everything I'm reading right now you're basically paying $30+ for the privilege of playing the game early while it's in development. Is there any advantage beyond that to buying it right now before it becomes "free to play" next year? It just seems like kind of an odd system to me, but maybe that's because I've never played an early access game before. - Dreamerz133 years agoSeasoned Hotshot

I haven't tried the first one myself so I don't know for sure but I'm pretty sure that it's a one save only thing. Based on what I've been reading on how the cloud save feature works.
You do get some extra items like furniture with the paid packs. And moonstones which you can use in star path events to progress faster... star path events have a bunch of rewards you can use in your game. I use pretty much none of any of it. I use one small thing from the current star path event but I could have earned that for free. Ofc tastes may vary some people love the founders pack stuff and the event stuff so it may be worth it to them but none of it was really my taste. I do just view it for me as I paid for my own impatience to wait until next year lol.
