I unlocked both Nala and Simba. I just need to unlock Eric, and then I will have all the characters.

Sorry, I've not read through all six pages so this question might already have been answered: is this now available on PC as a full release or is it still early access only?

It's still in early access. Released on Sept 6, 2022 it was supposed to be in early access for a minimum of six months. It's been 8 months so should be soon.

Well, I’m now @ level 7 in my Disney Dream Valley game. I’ve finally figured out how to unlock the Castle & my avatar has met Moroa. However, still can’t seem to catch fish. This game is so weird.?

Fishing is kind of annoying, but fairly easy.
You have to get the fishing rod from Goofy. When you see the circles in any body of water, or even without the circles, you can hit "A" or whatever the prompt is to cast the fishing line. Once you get a hit, make sure the ring doesn't turn red, when you hit the button more than once. It should be green once the ripple hit the white circle.
I failed a bit on fishing when I first played it.

I regret not playing this game sooner. I almost bought it during the Halloween event. I figured I'm not a huge Disney fan so I wouldn't enjoy it as much.

I finally caved instead of waiting for it to be free sometime this year. (Thanks to Twitch drops!)?.... So I've been playing non stop on PS5 the past 4 days.
