@Oldeseadogge I do this too and have found this to be true as well.
Curious how you do that. Do you have a size in mind for how big the lot squares are in sims, or how they translate into feet or meters?
TS1, in build mode, says that 1 square= 9 square feet, which means 3 feet a side. This is the only version that gives the area.
