I feel it’s getting time for a Sims 5. The major expansions or concepts like Seasons, Pets (a very, very watered down version), etc, have been done for Sims 4, and I am pretty satisfied and feel ready for Sims 5.
Paralives sounds like it has potential, and I hope it improves, but for the moment, I am not at all impressed by it and need to see the final graphics and see more actual simulation gameplay of characters, not just customization or pretty settings.
So, I’m going to keep playing all of the Sims games (Sims 2, 3, and 4), and will continue to wait for Sims 5, but I may keep an eye on Paralives when it has an actual finished product.
As interesting as Paralives looks, so far, I can't get past the tablet look of their parafolk. If I can't relate I can't buy. I can never play phone and tablet games, art styles and graphics. It's something that makes me just say meh and move on to pc games with better/deeper textures and graphics. Even if cartoony, I have to see textures for something like little people living in my pc. Or I won't play a game but once, if at all.
