Do you think the Sims 5 could be better than TS4?

I really feel like this franchise has lost its identity. Its only a shell of what is was before! Good on the outside, shallow on the inside. I dont have all expansions for sims 2 or 3 so i buy then fr...

The Sims 5 could be better if the designers were obliged to play sims 2 and then sims 4. I have many doubts that they actually play the game. I did not lost hope for sims 5 tho :/
