Greetings fellow Simmers,While the EA App may be great for some newer games you may own, it appears that many games (not just Sims related games) that were released prior to 2012 are experiencing issues within the App. For now, my advise is to not switch to the EA App until some kind of announcement from EA regarding these issues is announced. For now, Origin is still available and downloadable. Please feel free to report issues you've experienced in the EA App section of the AHQ Forums. EA is aware of the multiple issues many users have faced using this App and the more data, experiences or information you have can perhaps help fix the situation. Please do continue to post your questions regarding older Sims games here and we will try to answer you back quickly.

@Tremayne4260 Yes. With EA App, all Store contents still seem not installed, whereas, with Origin, only a few of them seem not installed.Also, Medieval doesn't launch.

As more players switch to EA App, I hope to have an accurate list of Sims games and their status within the new launcher; as I hear more from other players and do my research I will update it accordingly.
