Ea App won’t redeem game stuck on screen?

I redeemed a game code for “ My sims “ and when I redeemed it, it’s stuck on a screen making me pick a game language selection to download here is a screenshot. I pressed all of the options it’s not doing anything at all It won’t add the game to my library.
