English splash screen has a visual glitch

The English logo has a glitch not present in any of the other languages. There are two effects applied to it:

• a heavy "drop shadow" that creates a big dark blur in the shape of the logo at a set offset;
• a small "outer shadow" that creates a small blur directly around the red edges.

This outer  shadow effect is glitched. The transparency didn't render, creating second white outline around the red shape:

The outer shadow is present in other languages and was correctly rendered on their respective splash screens:

It's a minor issue, but since it's simply a bmp file it is also really easy to fix :)
