Error on startup "Service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb)"

Just bought Sims Medieval Special edition through Origin, after install it crashed, I read that you should uninstall and install without Pirates and Nobles so I did that and now the way it crashes its just slightly different, same error code though. I tried all of these:

RESET ORIGIN ON MAC
https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/

DISABLE ORIGIN IN-GAME
https://help.ea.com/en-nz/help/origin/origin/how-to-use-origin-in-game/

DISABLE GATEKEEPER
https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT202491

CLEAR CACHE FOR ORIGIN
https://help.ea.com/en-tr/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/

And still nothing works. Also, I'm in Canada and the only option for help EA is giving me is this forum. I loved this game back in the day and I'm pretty peeved that other people have the same problem of a legally bought and downloaded game behaving like a pirated version. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Also, I've tried "fixing" the game through origin and running an origin cleaning software, nada.
