"FAILED TO FIND ANY DIRECTX 9.0C" error SIMS 2 UC.

I am using an HP Notebook with Windows 10. I installed Origin and I want to play Sims 2 from My Game Library. I don't have the discs to make a desktop icon to configure anything... I keep on getting ...

@jadekeeeh_ , have you installed the new Graphics Rule Maker? Running that will fix the DirectX error. You can Google search for Graphics Rule Maker or go to Leefish's forum to find out more about it.
