@EA_Solaire I create most of my builds from scratch, with a dash of inspiration from Google Maps or some other internet source. I've done a couple of builds strictly from blueprints on Pinterest, but they are the exception. Residences are entirely my own. If I have a community lot in mind I will sometimes pick a city on Google Maps and search for a real world equivalent for that lot type and look at some images on GM to get some inspiration for the rough outline of the building. The final look of the exterior and everything on the interior are whatever my imagination comes up with.?
