September 17th- Friday Highlights


Yes, it's Friday again! 🎉🎉🎉 Another exciting week is almost over and the weekend is coming closer and closer.

Let's recap quickly, shall we?


  • Eco Living Trial was announced on Tuesday and we can try it for free during the weekend limited trial. Click here and share the news with your friends. :wink:



  • Let the Romancing Begin!   • One of my favourite parts of the game is CAS; I can spend forever fiddling around until my Sims look just right. However we all know that creating a Sim isn't always an easy task, now, imagine creating a Simself? Every single time I've tried to do so, I've failed completely :smiley: I'm sure it might be the same for some of you, so please take @Onverser's poll "Have you been able to make an accurate simself?" and share your experiences.



  • As you know by now, I like to feature talented builders from the community in our Friday Highlights. And today, I want to promote the simply wonderful "Las Vegas Casino' by @Zita1966z posted in her own thread "Zita1966 builds". I'm still in awe with that casino! :heart:



  • I think we all have had that situation where we just don't know what to do next in the game, especially when we lose one of our favourite Sims (RIP, Katie Seymour). We also know how time consuming resurrecting our beloved Sims can be, so if you've been there before, why don't you jump over to @CK213's poll "Resurrect katie seymour, or resurrect my save " and share your expertise? 😅

    Congrats to all who were mentioned this week... :)

    I'm giving the Eco Living Pack a try this weekend, so I created 2 married sims using the quiz in CAS and then placing them in Oasis Springs so that I send them to Evergreen Harbor to have a look around. I sent them to the Quarry Building in Grims Quarry where there wasn't anyone over there yet, so the husband, Nathan suggested to Dawn that they for baby in the trash dumpster... :blush: Really? Who woohoo's in a trash dumpster? :blush: My 2 sims, that's who... :blush: I actually laughed out loud while they were doing the deed...lol... :p

    @lisasc360 Love your pics, the "try for baby in the dumpster" is the best part :D

    @Zita1966z I thought so but sometimes it's hard to determine. However, Im pretty sure I mentioned "posted in her own thread "Zita1966 builds"- correct me if I'm wrong or if I missed something else. <3

    This is unrelated to the post but I am on a hunt to find a specific sims hair for a 3D model on a different game, and I can’t get help from all of you without leveling up so please like!! I am desperate to find this hair. It is definitely CC.

    @Sunflowerkisses, it would be better to ask in one of the existing threads over in The Sims 4 Modding & Custom Content section instead of going around posting in several unrelated threads as that is considered going 'Off Topic'.
