getting an error message when i try to open The Sims Medieval for pc

When i try to open The Sims Medieval for pc using the origin launcher it takes somewhere between 15 to 30 min to do anything and when it does do something an error message pops open saying " We're so...

Can you try to repair the game or reinstall it from Origin ? You may have an old version of the Sims Medieval with the launcher. The new version don't start the launcher anymore since the servers are down.
