Graphics Card Icompatible with Directx 9.0c

I installed The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection in my Pc and i get the error that its not possible to find graphics card compatible with DirectX 9.0c on the system. But when i play it with windowed mode,...

Okay thank so much for trying to solve my situation. Its a pitty i cant play it in my pc, I love the game so much.

I also suggest you to contact an EA Advisor at help.ea.com, they might have some workaround for your issue 🙂 If so, don't doubt about sharing it with us!
