hi, The sims 2

hi, is it possible to download Origin The sims 2 for free as it was two years ago? I love the part of Sims, I would be very happy 🙂 I am waiting for an answer Thank you Martina😉😉

    @manka1415 , Sims 2 is no longer available as a free download on Origin. The game is not available as a digital download for purchase (unless you play on a Mac) and is only available as CD/DVD disks for purchase on Amazon. 

    Sorry, EA stopped giving the game for free with proof of purchase last October.

    hey guys,

    im new to sims 2 and really want to purchase and play the game on my computer but obviously it is no longer availible for origin download... my computer also does not have a disc port so i cannot insert a game disc if i were to purchase one online. Any ideas on how i can still get this game? would it be possible to buy the disc and contact EA to somehow transfer it to a download?

      @BrideyTheSimsy22 , in order to play Sims 2 you will need to purchase an external disk drive. They aren't very expensive and you should be able to find them at most any computer store/site that sells computer parts. There is currently and not for the foreseeable future any digital versions of Sims 2 for the Windows OS. 

      Your best bet to purchase a copy of the game is from Amazon, E-Bay, any local game stores that sell used games or Goodwill/Salvation Army thrift stores.
