How do I become a witch or warlock in sims 2 apartment life

If you are seeing witches that's great news! It's indeed the first step to become a witch/warlock 🙂

Make your sim talk to them until they become friends. Once the relationship is high enough, you will get a new interaction to ask the witch/warlock to teach you the path of light/dark. If they are willing to teach you, you will become a witch/warlock 😉

Regarding your second question, I'm not sure I understand what you mean, could you clarify it? "Another question is also what does the turn one witches do?"
