I recently downloaded The Sims 2 Collection and it was all fine, but when clicking play it says the product key provided will not work. ☹️ I have been searching everywhere and other people also had this issue and got it sorted via speaking to a game adviser..but I can not find the link to do this anywhere! I am in Australia, does the live chat not operate on Sundays?
