How to restart neighborhoods on the sims 2 ultimate collection?

I was wondering around in my neighborhoods and i wanted restart my world then I found out I couldn't I read some post online but I have a missing file I guess after I go to local disk the sims 2 ultimate collection doesn't show up.

    @sammy706hello! You want to begin again? Restart game progress, yes? Just move or delete folder The Sims 2 in My Documents. My Documents - EA Games - The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection. What file you mean?
