i can't download the sims 2

I tried many times to download the sims 2 and it keeps stopping at 0% i have a windows 10

@Nahhfrl Is your computer a pc or mac? Where are you trying to download from? what antivirus are you using? Are you using any ad blocking software?

its a pc with the 4cd pack and i use norton security @roberta591

    @Nahhfrl If you are trying to "install" from cd try this help site - sims 2 install from disc guide. If you are trying to get the digital download from Origin you will probably have to disable Norton for the install.
