I found an error "Cloud Not Activate" when press play to run the sims 2

@JojoMooFy That looks to me like the old EA activation that came with TS2 expansion/stuff packs, as well as UC when it originally came out. That should definitely not happen now. Try updating the game; right-click on The Sims 2 in your library and check for update.
I try to update game but It doesn't work.
