I have a serial question! Please answer me.

Hello, I'm from Colombia and I'm participating in a animation contest, i.e, I'm in a contest called "Concurso Nacional de Cuento" and we have to write a story, here is the link with all info, and I'm in the category Audio or audiovisual story when we should make a video or an animation, and I'm making my animation with Sims 2 Ultimate Edition. My question is: Should I ask permission to use TS2 to you? Or Sholud I mention EA and TS2? I don't know and I won´t have a serial problem with copyright or royalties.

Please answer me fast as possible.
