Ive had sims Medieval for years but i lost the serial number for it in the last move but its not on my origin account and I just want to play it again I don't have the receipt anymore. and I dont know what to do.. ☹️ Not to happy I'm a long time fan of The SIms franchise. plz help. 🙂
I don't know if contacting EA will help you, for I'm not overly familiar with the policy but it's worth a try or at least looking into. But if you haven't registered the game or joined it to your account, there could be difficulties. Have you registered the game, do you have it linked to your account? Try contacting EA customer support one way or another (a phone call or perhaps https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/) and good luck on your quest. 🤞
