I keep getting an error message for EA Autoun

Hi Everyone, I was having issues with my Sims 2 disc not launching and a suggestion was to reinstall it. I first uninstalled the games but now everytime I try to install them, I get an error message...

    I have an HP PC laptop with Windows 7. Lots of free space on my hard drive.

      Ok, if you dont already have it, i would install service pack 1 update also.

      When running the installer from the disk, run it as an administrator, it could be a permissions error

        Hi Kuro...what about me? I'm running it on XP service pack 2...and it won't load ☹️
