I own original Sims 1 & Sims 2, why do I have to buy it again?

I already own the original Sims 1 & Sims 2 plus most of the packs for them.  Why do I have to buy it again to play it on my windows 11 computer?  If I've already bought them then why aren't the new...

Leydi_Tee LITERALLY told you. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Contact customer service. It's an issue they can resolve if possible not us on the forums.

Yeah, and I can see that without you also responding just to tell me what she said in rude yelling caps. Why are some people on the internet so rude and others are so kind and helpful? Did you have a bad day or something? Please don't come online to take it out on people.
