Yeah. I did. 24 hours is a ridiculously short period of time for people who do more than sit at their computer/game all day. And I haven't launched sims 2 at all. I want my money back for a product that is broken.

The Great Game Guarantee allows you to return EA full-game downloads** (PC or Mac) and participating third party titles purchased on the EA app or Origin for Mac, for a full refund.
You can make a refund request:
- Within 24 hours after you first launch the game.
- Within fourteen days from the day you bought it, if you haven’t launched the game.
- Within fourteen days from the release date if you pre-ordered the game, if you haven’t launched the game.
Whichever comes first.
If you purchase a new EA game within the first 30 days of its release date and can't play it due to technical reasons within EA's control, you can request a refund within 72 hours after you first launch the game, instead of 24.
