If you actively play sims 4, when did you start playing the sims?

Likely heavily bias in poll because what fans are more likely to use an offical forum for EA for ages? Either people familiar with old web or very old fans.

Anywho, always been interested but was sorta delayed in actually playing until I actually got a computer good enough to try it. And my spouse poked me into it sorta. Either or, still my favorite "life sim" out there. SO MUCH CONTROL OVER LIVES.

...no wonder my ultra-conservative mother decided not to let me have the game because she didn't want me to "play god." :P

But you know what game system I did have?! The Gameboy Advance. And I played the heck out of Sims 2 for the GBA. Couldn't ever finish it though...
