I'm playing the sims medieval and the sims stuck not cooking

I'm playing the sims medieval, the male  sim is stuck not cooking, i tried rest sim both ways and he still stuck  and even updated the game no such luck

    @sim31984 , wonder if something is "invisible" and it's blocking the sim.

@sim31984 , is he stuck in one place? Is he not able to get to the fireplace to cook? How exactly is he stuck?

@Tremayne4260yes he is stuck in one place and he not able to cook and tried updated the game and repair it also tried force resetsim and non force resetsim. still the same results i even tried unstall it and reinstall it

      @Tremayne4260 just standing there in front of the cooking pot and i tried changed it around/
