[Information] Sims 2 Double Deluxe Invalid Code Error

A couple years ago my sims 2 games were stolen from my house and I've been waiting to be able to redeem them through origin with the serial number. I've kept my code for years awaiting the day I could play sims 2 again 😕mileyhappy:

Unfortunately I keep getting an invalid code error when trying to enter the sims 2 serial code and I've typed the number in numerous times. Any advice. I've tried to live chat with someone to help me but I've been waiting to be connected for at least an hour.
