Installation Verification Failure - Sims Medieval

Hello!

I was told by an EA support person to post on the form regarding The Sims Medieval. When I load into the game, I get a pop up that says "Installation Verification Failure" and it says that the game cannot be played. Deleted the game twice, and redownloaded it, repaired it through EA app. Reinstalled EA app. Went through the troubleshooting that EA support provided, no luck. I was unable to come to a resolution with the EA support person, and was denied a new copy of the game, until I posted on the forums... so here is that post. Any help is appreciated.
