I don't know why you''d be creeped out just because someone is afraid of playing with other people...there are so many logical reasons someone doesn't want to play with strangers online. Those reasons include:
-The person may of been harassed,threatened and bullied so much online that the person is afraid to play with anyone but family members or freinds.
-The person may have trust issues and may not trust strangers,
-The person may of been overwhelmed by strangers asking/begging to be friends constantly so the person decides just to play with freinds or relatives.
There are lots of reasons why some people just don't want to play with strangers online.
