I liked this speedbuild by Rudi Rennkamel.
Rudi usually does Planet Coaster and Planet Zoo builds.
I have not played the sims3 for a long time and it looks so much easier here to decorate with a color wheel, it's also nice that you can add different tiling and effects. It also looks like if you hold shift you can move objects into each other (like we do in the sims4 by cheating with the bb.moveobjects cheat). You can also rotate pieces 360 degrees.
Similar to Rene you can also place objects like pillows on sofas, but I think Rene had more options there. I also think you can share your creations on their canvas, just like EA/Maxis showed with Rene.
