    Nope, never got it to work on that particular machine.

    Contacted the support again, and specifically asked if "running the game on a arm64 system" would be the issue.

    Got a straight "no"

    But, i tried it on another system which is x64 based, and it worked like a charm there.

    The lesson here is that the EA Support step up their game and actually answer my questions instead of just reading their "manual".

@kinget99 , did you ever activate the game when you had Origin? If so, the game should have transferred to your EA App Account. Tell EA Help you had the game in your Origin account and need help transferring it to the EA App.

Yes! the EA app says i've played it for 30 minutes.
