I bought "the sims medieval" indicating that I have ea app for Mac. However, after purchasing on my ea app account it only says "available for windows"

@myszkaskrobiszka , the Sims Medieval is a 32 bit game that will no longer run on the Mac OS. Contact EA Help Support and explain that you bought the game but you play on an Apple computer/Mac and that the game no longer is supported by the Mac OS and hasn't been for several years now. They should give you a refund.
