Medieval Sims with Noble&Priate Up grade will not Load to my MAC

Sims Medieval will not  load correctly  and I can only see 2 boxes and no start button. I have download and re purchased the game to fix the issues but to no effect. I have a MAC Desktop. 

I tried to up load Nobles & Pirates but it told me the Sims Medieval was not compatible.

I have never had this trouble before, I spent $29.99 and cannot use the game.

I had Medieval a couple of years ago and it worked fine on my other MAC Desktop.
