Cannot download sims 2 the complete edition, dont see it on library

@b2386fdf5b429cf8 , did you own the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection prior to 2018? Did you have another EA account also? If so, you can contact EA Help Support and they can help you recover the old account and transfer any games you had previously to your new account.
