@nancyholroyd Could you please take out all mods and custom content and then check if the same issue occurs? Also could you check if the same thing happens with a new save?

    Sorry I don't know how to remove the custom content??

      Hey @nancyholroyd,

      You will only have custom content if you installed it.

      To uninstall your custom content you just need to remove it from the folders you installed it in, usually:

      • Documents \ EA Games \ The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection \ Downloads
        and/or
      • C:/Program Files (x86)/Origin Games/The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection/Fun with Pets/SP9/...

        Yeah I've checked, I definitely don't have any downloaded content and I still have the problem!
