Mood bars and text still showing graphical glitches

The Feb 4th update caused bars and things to have weird split lines on them. The blurry effect when they use shower/toilet also is affected by it. Text also affected, like i's having two dots above instead of one. Patch 2 says it was fixed, but I was sad to see it still being affected on mine.

Running at 2560x1400. Windows 11 24h2. RTX 4070. Radeon 3700X CPU.
